That learner is in the moderation queue.
Workflow meanings
• Needs moderation (HOT): uploaded → needs someone’s eyes now.
• Waiting: not submitted yet.
• Completed: only shows if the backend returns a completed/status flag (otherwise it stays “Needs moderation”).
